What data I process and why

This site has no forms. I only process the data you send me by email (your name, your email address and whatever you tell me) to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.

Your consent when you write to me and, at your request, steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long I keep it

As long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If we end up working together, for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law.

Who it is shared with

I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Cloudflare, which hosts this site and routes email, and my email provider act as data processors.

This site does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.
